| Question: |
What is the difference between Nutritional Therapists and Dieticians? |
| Answer: |
Nutritional Therapists treat the whole Mind, Body, and Lifestyle aspects of a person through the manipulation of food, targeted supplementation & education. This is more of a LIFESTYLE change, where dieticians work out SPECIFIC DIETS with quantities of each foodstuff per meal, which we all know as diets. |

| Question: |
Do Nutritional Therapists only treat certain health problems? |
| Answer: |
NO we help the innate ability of the body to heal itself given the right internal & external environment through thorough knowledge of the power of food and supplementation. In so doing we help strengthen the body to withstand the onslaught of our Westernised processed diets and in so doing, help to prevent, ease or even in some cases eradicate health problems. |

| Question: |
What is a basic good diet versus a great nutritional eating plan? |
| Answer: |
A basic good diet is thinking that you are eating correctly, are still alive with stress, a bit grumpy and a few minor health problems!
A great nutritional eating plan is knowing you are feeling vibrantly healthy all the time with a positive outlook on life, well hydrated skin, shining hair, sparkling eyes and having people think you are younger than you look! |

| Question: |
Do you think we will be reaching advanced ages like a lot of our grandparents and great grandparents are? |
| Answer: |
If you start NOW on a Great Nutritional Eating Plan, suggested by your Nutritional Therapist then I don’t see why not.
However if you insist on not taking the advice to heart and continuing with the diet called The Standard American Diet, which incidentally stands for S.A.D, then I’m not so sure, as you will definitely have major health problems. |

| Question: |
Why do we have to supplement with basic vitamins and minerals. Surely this should be in our foods? |
| Answer: |
Due to generally poor soils and farming methods used nowadays, the plants are unable to get the necessary nutrients out of the soils, and the fact that people only eat a few foods in some and not all of the basic food groups, on a daily basis, contributes to sub optimal nutrition. This is a phenomenon worldwide. Some countries however are making great strides in the implementation of great farming practices which look after the soils. These farms are instrumental in providing us with the whole food nutritional supplements in which we have so much faith nowadays. These farms and their far seeing owners are instrumental in keeping us, nutritionally, on some sort of an even keel, nutrition wise. |
